I love a garden wedding, and this butterfly inspired backyard wedding with Meagan Warren was picture-perfect in every way!
An Elevated Backyard Wedding
This precious bride always wanted to get married in her backyard, and I’m not sure I blame her one bit. Her family’s home provided the most romantic backdrop for these two, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how the entire day came together. It was totally a Father of The Bride moment!
The bride looked so stunning in her Reem Acra gown from Alexia Bridal. The subtle floral details on the gown were the perfect nod to the romance of the day. I love how she completed the look with a gorgeous headband with floral details.
The bridesmaids also looked beautiful in their gowns, and I’m still so in love with the idea of mix-and-match dresses. It’s a perfect option for a garden party wedding and ideal for letting bridesmaids choose gowns that are a great fit for their body type.
Ceremony Details
The ceremony took place on the front lawn of the bride’s church. The altar was covered to the brim with baby’s breath. It was so gorgeous, and I love how full and romantic it all felt with the rest of the wedding day details.
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour around the pool and pool house and then made their way through a lighted tunnel to the tented reception. I loved the touches of butterflies scattered throughout their reception decor, and the florals were perfection. The cafe au lait dahlias were a dream paired with candlelight as the sun set.
