This cityscape engagement session in the heart of Columbia may be one of my favorites of all time. I love all my engagement sessions, but this one was extra fun!

A Cityscape Engagement Session

I had the best time with Rylee and Reagan during their engagement session. This session is a beautiful example of what it looks like when you intentionally choose your locations. I love the variety we were able to achieve by planning out our spots ahead of time. During just one session, we were able to use fun architecture, a beautiful park, and a fun last location.

City Vibes

Reagan and Rylee are from a small town, but Rylee was sure of one thing when we chatted about their engagement session. She wanted city vibes! Columbia delivered ten times over!

I also loved every single outfit Rylee chose for the session. For her first look, she chose the most beautiful floral print dress in such a pretty shade of blue. Reagan kept things classy with a navy suit and some of the coolest leather boots.

I loved how their wardrobe complimented the architecture of downtown Columbia, and it was the perfect pop of color in the park.

For the second half of our session, she switched into a short cream-colored dress with long sleeves. It was such a fun, flirty vibe, and she even changed her hair to an updo to compliment the dress. I loved the color and the subtle nod to her upcoming wedding gown.

Her final look was the most stunning champagne maxi dress! For the end of the session, we chose a rooftop in Columbia. The views of the sky just before sunset were so beautiful, and the rooftop portraits ended up being some of my favorites. We had the most fun chatting and getting a little creative with our final portraits of the day!
