If there was an award show, just for weddings, Mike and Melissa would win best surprise – hands down. They pulled off one big surprise wedding in their backyard in Greenville, SC this Summer. They convinced family and friends that they were having a housewarming party and once everyone was there – they let everyone know that “you’re actually here for our wedding”.

After the initial surprise, both Mike and Melissa went and changed into their dressier attire. Fifteen minutes later, Melissa was walking down the aisle with her dad and her soon to be niece/flower girl walking before her.

It was a perfect day spent with an intimate group of family and close friends and I couldn’t be happier for Mike and Melissa – the new Mr and Mrs Liller!
