I loved partnering with Haley Maree Weddings to bring this beautiful summer-inspired garden wedding editorial to life!
When Haley and I started planning this editorial, our initial idea was completely different. As things evolved and we started bringing the pieces together, a vision came up. The idea and theme of Summer were hard to miss. We loved how the elements of the season kept popping up, so we decided to run with it.
The Boyd Foundation Horticultural Center and Hampton Preston Mansions couldn’t have been more perfect for our location. The light in the greenhouse was so beautiful and inspired more design decisions.
The butterfly place cards were crafted in acrylics to match the greenhouse. We continued using acrylic throughout with a seating chart and a unique cake tier! We loved how Shindig Social and Ally and Eloise brought their expertise to the day.
The frosè push pops were the perfect addition to this warm June afternoon, and the bright, colorful florals were the best the season had to offer and brought everything together. The idea was to keep things light and fun while bringing super elegant touches into the design.
Patrice Papier did a beautiful watercolor painting as an envelope insert for the invitation suite, and we couldn’t have loved it more! Styling it with all of the bridal details really brought out all the delicious colors from the day.
Last but certainly not least, the getaway car was the chef’s kiss! We had so much fun taking pictures with Blue72, and the pop of blue was the perfect addition to the editorial.
This entire day was so beautiful, and the creative team went above and beyond. Be sure not to miss the list for the entire creative team at the end! Haley and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with how everything came together, and we are so excited to share the images with you!
