It was so much fun to document Donna and Aaron’s big day at Dunes West Country Club. Talk about a party 🙂 Donna and Aaron’s wedding reception was one of the most run receptions I’ve ever been a part of. Excited to finally share some snapshots from this awesome day!

It’s no secret that weddings are expensive. It’s one of the largest parties you’ll ever throw and things can add up quickly. The larger the guest list, the larger the $$$ you’ll be handing over for this once in a lifetime event. I can speak from personal experience that it’s SO hard to keep track of it all. Whenever Matt and I got engaged, we started emailing vendors and trying to add up how much everything would potentially be. We quickly felt overwhelmed with no place to keep track of it all so we created a spreadsheet. We HAD to keep track of our wedding expenses because we could see things quickly getting out of hand. To me, it also helped me see what I’d prefer to prioritize. You can imagine that most of our budget, aside from food/alcohol, went towards photography and videography 😉

There aren’t many places I love more than South Boundary in Aiken, SC. Every time I go back to Aiken, I will go out of my way to drive through it. Something about it feels like home if you’re from our small town. Whenever Allison and I were discussing where to take their engagement pictures, South Boundary was like a “duh” or “of course there.” We also decided on Redcliffe Plantation, which is also incredibly stunning – especially at sunset.

Allison and Collin’s session will always be one of my favorites for so many reasons but I am beyond excited for these two to tie the knot in July! The countdown is on!
