I get asked quite frequently about the best clothing to wear to a photography session by clients. It’s the question that everyone usually asks after the session is scheduled and I’m always happy to offer best practices and colors that photograph well, but YOU GUYS – Julie McDowell is the pro of all pros. This family showed up in a fuchsia, navy and yellow color combo – coordinated perfectly.

In addition to the perfect color combination, they were all so photogenic. Julie, Eric, Walker, Whitlie and Weslen were such a fun and energetic family to be around. They had me laughing our entire session at the Riverfront Park in Columbia. It didn’t take long for me to realize what a close knit family they are.
