This downtown Columbia garden wedding was a highlight of the summer, and I’m so thrilled to share a tiny highlight with you all! This couple was one of our all-time favorites (yes, we know, they all are), and we were overjoyed to get to spend this special day with them, celebrating their love for each other and their family and friends.

They genuinely don’t make them like Danielle and Spencer much anymore! This couple and their families welcomed my second photographer and me with open arms on their wedding day. Every guest we interacted with was beaming with joy throughout the day. It was honestly a joy to witness. We truly felt like part of the family.
They also chose such a lovely venue for the occasion. The getting-ready room had the prettiest wallpaper. We also loved the variety of locations we were able to utilize for portraits!
The Details
Danielle and Spencer love Carolina football, so we got a special visit from Cocky during the reception. Their sweet golden puppy Winston also got a nod during the reception with special cups featuring his face! You know we love it when clients include their furry babies in the celebrations here at ALP!
The florals for this wedding were also show-stopping! The arch for the garden ceremony was absolutely stunning and was the cherry on top of this already gorgeous setting. I especially loved the little snippets they provided for detail styling! How cute is the little envelope full of flowers?!
We also loved the pop of blue they wove throughout the day! It’s such a fun color to work with and never goes out of style! Every detail of this day was picture-perfect, and it couldn’t have been a more fantastic day celebrating these two!
