The Griffiths decided on The Horseshoe in Columbia, SC for their family photos, which I was beyond excited about since The Horseshoe is forever beautiful. Together Kerri and Bill share two adorable daughters – Macy and Saylor. My sister actually refers to them as “the model family” and they certainly lived up to their name.

I absolutely loved this session at the Horseshoe for lots of reasons, but for one reason in particular. Outside of the perfect weather and the amazing lighting – Saylor, the Griffith’s youngest family member, had the best ideas for poses. She loved to try out different poses and then ask “what about this?!” or “can you take a picture of me doing this pose?” She had no problem with an audience as she would try out different fun poses for the camera.
